The Munich Animal Rights Club is a student-led organisation dedicated to raising awareness about animal rights. We believe that all animals deserve consideration of their interests—not just dogs and cats, but also farmed animals, wild animals, and all sentient beings.

Workshop with Melanie Joy

We’re excited to invite you to a special event with Dr. Melanie Joy on Saturday, July 18th from 12 pm until 4 pm at TUM (Arcisstraße 21)! Melanie is a Harvard-educated psychologist specializing in relationships, communication, and social transformation. She is the award-winning author of eight books, including the bestselling “Why We Love Dogs, Eat Pigs, and Wear Cows”. Melanie is also an internationally recognized speaker and trainer who’s presented her work in fifty countries across six continents. She’ll be holding an interactive in-person workshop on “Communication and Interpersonal Skills to Increase the Impact and Resilience of Vegan Organizations and Advocates.” Everyone’s welcome, whether you’re already active in animal advocacy or just curious to learn more.
